Casa Roberta has a spacious and modern open-plan design on a single level and features both indoor and outdoor living areas. Every aspect of the property has been designed to facilitate relaxing, socializing and entertaining, making it the ideal property for families or groups of friends to be together while also enjoying the option for some privacy.
The décor is Italian inspired, and the house is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The vibe is cozy but with special touches of quality to remind you that you’re somewhere special. For your comfort, air conditioning units have been installed throughout the house.
Flat screen, smart TVs are provided in each bedroom and the two living areas giving you the choice to enjoy a movie on your favorite streaming service from the comfort of the couch or from your bed. No need to argue over titles when you can send the kids to watch theirs elsewhere! All the technology is powered by a high-speed WiFi service in case you need to catch up on your emails or host a video call.

LIVING SPACE

BATHROOMS
There are 2 full bathrooms with toilets, marble vanities, bidets and walk-in rain showers. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite to the Master bedroom and the other bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms.
LAUNDRY
Full laundry room with a large sink for scrubbing, a washer/dryer combo and a clothesline has been installed in the garden for drying clothes. Hampers are included in both bathrooms.
INTERNET
Casa Roberta provides high speed WiFi (325MBPS/15MBPS). This enables excellent capacity for streaming for entertainment, video calling and general Internet usage.
CLEANING AND COVID STANDARDS
The house is thoroughly cleaned between stays, paying particular attention to Covid requirements, and a maid service is provided once per week for longer stays. The pool is cleaned weekly.

Summary: Super set-up. Private, very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, fully equipped with quality, great long chairs by a beautiful pool and yard. We walked to the beach and restaurants to capture amazing sunsets. We definitely appreciated the TV outside to watch the Masters. Practical binder with useful information.

Summary: We had a great stay at Casa Roberta. Location was excellent, able to walk into town and a short drive to many beautiful beaches. The shaded pool in the afternoon sun was awesome. Lis was excellent in making sure we were comfortable and quickly took care of any needs. Thank you - we will be back!

Summary: Casa Roberta was a wonderful place to stay during our trip to Costa Rica. Potrero was a great hub to visit many of the beautiful beaches in the area. The property was well equipped and we especially loved the pool and the outdoor living area.

Summary: This is a nice property, exactly as described/pictured, in an area that marries modern-comfort with local influences. Both Lis (property manager) and Dave (host) were available & responsive as needed, & we truly appreciated that. Lis provided a solution to the laundry situation, which we appreciated but did not need to utilize. The unit is well equipped & the area is easily accessible by good paved roads; no scary approaches! Should we come back to the area, I would not hesitate booking Casa Roberta

Summary: We were there for 5 weeks, loved it, nice privacy, quiet neighborhood. Everything as advertised or better. Monkeys near by in the mornings. Everything you need is on the property, we rented a golf cart for duration of our stay, was perfect to explore both directions from town. Highly recommend, book early we will be back!

Summary: Our family of 5 had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Roberta over Christmas. Potrero is great - quiet but with all the amenities you’d want. The house is exactly as advertised and had everything our family needed and lots of space. We loved the outdoor area and the pool. Lis the property manager was very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to the beach or restaurants. I loved running the beach early in the morning and the kids loved playing in the waves. We had a car and loved exploring and beach hopping - especially Playa Penca! Perfect relaxing family beach holiday. We hope to be back!

Summary: The house is all it’s cracked up to be. Great location! Lis is spectacular!!! Bad weather week before we arrived caused airport closure. Dave worked with us to extend days to accommodate late arrival (thankfully not booked week after ours). Seriously over the top kindness. Do go horseback riding with Brandy. She uses funds to rescue horses. And do take sunset cruise. We loved it so much we went twice.

Summary: Everything from the booking to the early check in, right up until the end, was amazing. Lis was always available to answer any questions or handle the couple little minor issues that arose with the water and the pool. I had emailed Dave prior to arriving and he was very quick to respond to me and we had back and forth correspondence for a few days, which was very much appreciated by me. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning on traveling to Potrero in the future.
